We collect personal information from students and families who enroll with us or otherwise provide information to us in connection with our driving school services.

For each enrolled student, we may collect and store:

• The student's name.
• A parent or guardian's email address, or the student's email address if the student is 18 years of age or older.
• A parent or guardian's phone number, or the student's phone number if the student is 18 years of age or older.
• Scheduling information, including lessons that are booked, rescheduled, completed, or canceled.
• If you choose to opt in, your consent to receive text message appointment reminders and/or waiting-list notifications, the phone number that consent applies to, your selected preferences (such as preferred days, times, and locations for waiting-list notifications), and a record of when and how you provided your consent.
• Records of account activity, such as bookings, cancellations, lesson changes, and staff actions taken on your account, for operational and recordkeeping purposes.

Like most websites, our website and booking system also automatically generate limited technical information such as IP addresses, browser type, device information, and server access logs. We use this information only for security, troubleshooting, and system administration. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Schedule, reschedule, and manage driving lessons.
• Send booking confirmations and other service-related emails.
• Send text message appointment reminders and waiting-list notifications only to customers who have separately and explicitly opted in to receive those messages.

Who We Share Information With

We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate our website and booking system. These providers process information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.

Our current service providers include:

• Resend — to send booking confirmations and other service-related emails.
• Twilio — to send text message appointment reminders and waiting-list notifications to customers who have opted in.
• Google Calendar — to display lesson schedules and instructor availability on our internal calendars.
• Railway — to securely host our website, booking system, and database.

These providers maintain their own privacy and security practices. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own advertising or marketing purposes. We do not share or sell your mobile phone number with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

We do not sell personal information or share it with unrelated third parties.

Text Messages

If you choose to receive text messages from us, we will use your mobile phone number only for the text message programs you have chosen to participate in.

Appointment reminder messages and waiting-list notifications are separate optional services, and you may choose either, both, or neither.

Message frequency depends on your scheduled lessons and, for waiting-list notifications, your selected preferences. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send or by updating your communication preferences in the booking portal.

Your consent to receive text messages is never required to enroll in or participate in our driving instruction services.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website and booking system use only the cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate the site, maintain secure login sessions, and allow booking links to function properly.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or advertising trackers.

Information About Minors

Many of our students are under the age of 18. When a student is a minor, we generally collect contact information from and communicate with the student's parent or legal guardian.

Information relating to minor students is used solely for providing driving instruction and related services.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect the personal information we maintain.

These measures include encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure cloud hosting, hashed staff passwords, role-based access controls, and other reasonable security practices designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
