By accessing or using this website (elitedrivingschool.biz) or our online booking system (booking.elitedrivingschool.biz), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or booking portal.

Purpose of the Website and Booking Portal

Our website provides information about Elite Driving School and access to our online booking system.

The booking portal allows enrolled students, parents, and legal guardians to view, book, reschedule, and cancel driving lesson appointments, manage communication preferences, and access information related to their driving lessons.

The booking portal is a scheduling tool only. All driving instruction takes place in person.

These Terms of Use apply only to your use of the website and booking portal. They do not replace, modify, or limit the separate enrollment agreement you sign with us, which governs driving instruction, payments, cancellations, liability, and student conduct.

Accounts and Access

Following enrollment, you will receive a unique booking portal link that provides access only to your own or your student's scheduling information.

Please keep your booking link private. Anyone with access to your link may be able to view or manage your lesson schedule.

If you believe your booking link has been shared, lost, or otherwise compromised, please contact us promptly so we can issue a replacement.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to the booking portal if we believe it has been misused or if a student's enrollment has ended.

Booking and Scheduling

Use of the booking portal is subject to our scheduling policies, including lesson availability, booking limits, cancellation deadlines, and rescheduling rules.

Late cancellations, missed lessons, or other scheduling issues may result in fees or temporary booking restrictions as described in your enrollment agreement.

Lesson availability displayed in the booking portal is subject to change until a reservation is successfully completed.

Elite Driving School reserves the right to modify lesson assignments, instructors, vehicles, pickup locations, or lesson times when reasonably necessary for scheduling, safety, weather, instructor availability, or other operational needs.

Text Message Communications

If you choose to opt in, you may receive automated text messages related to your driving lessons.

Appointment reminders and waiting-list notifications are separate optional services. You may choose either, both, or neither. Your decision to receive or decline text messages does not affect your ability to enroll in or participate in driving lessons.

Message frequency varies depending on your scheduled lessons and your waiting-list preferences. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or by updating your communication preferences within the booking portal.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the website and booking portal only for lawful purposes and only in connection with your own or your student's driving lessons.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access another student's information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the website or booking portal.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized access.
• Use automated tools or scripts to access or interact with the booking system.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, all content, design, graphics, logos, and software associated with this website and booking system are the property of Elite Driving School and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our written permission.

Availability and No Warranty

We strive to keep our website and booking system available and accurate, but they are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all information will always be current or error-free. Displaying a lesson, instructor, vehicle, or time slot does not guarantee that it will remain available until your booking is completed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elite Driving School shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or booking portal.

Nothing in these Terms of Use limits or modifies any rights or responsibilities established by your separate enrollment agreement or applicable law.

Privacy

Your use of the website and booking portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were most recently made. Continued use of the website or booking portal after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
